Each employee at Archer takes pride in what we do for our customers and has a pragmatic determination to get every detail of every task right the first time. While we focus on customer needs and operational excellence we never forget that safety is our first priority. We work proactively and take care of each other.

Our whole team have complete commitment to quality, health, safety and the environment and each employee acknowledges a personal responsibility to carry out his/her work duties with safety in mind at all times.

To actively encourage and stress each individual’s commitment to the importance of HSE matters we carry out seminars and on-the-job training, run best practice campaigns and maintaining a focus on leadership.

Through the creation of a good working environment and the implementation of systematic and preventive QHSE work we aim to achieve the company’s QHSE goal of “no accidents, injuries or losses.”
