 Reference is made to the announcement of the in-principal agreement on refinancing and the completion of the Private Placement, released by Archer Limited on 6 March and 7 March of 2023 respectively. Archer Limited advises that the Special General Meeting will be held on March 28, 2023. The record date for voting at the Special General Meeting is set to March 13, 2023. The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior to the meeting.
