Human rights, Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics

Issues like corruption and business ethics are more important than ever and issues we take a zero-tolerance approach to.

We believe that our aim to deliver value to our stakeholders is best accomplished through operating with the highest ethical standards and employing stringent corporate governance. Archer expects and requires that all our employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and clients conduct business with the highest standards of integrity.
Archer has a zero-tolerance towards bribery and corruption as stated in our Code of Conduct. This applies to all companies, officers and directors, employees, third-party consultants and anyone acting on behalf of Archer.

Human Rights
Our Human Rights policy is our commitment to respect the principles in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights, and the ILO Core Conventions on Labour Standards. Archer complies with international labor standards and employment legislation where we operate and is committed to the prevention of child and forced labor, non-discrimination in the workplace, the right of freedom of association and assembly, and the right to collective bargaining.

Our commitment is to maintain a company culture which respects and promotes human rights.

We will do this by:

  • Respecting the principles in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights, and the ILO Core Conventions on Labour Standards
  • Ensuring that our employees, contractors, partners, and suppliers act in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
  • Complying with recognized standards and laws of the countries we operate in with regards to prevention of child and forced labor, adherence to the principle of non-discrimination in the workplace, the right of freedom of association and assembly, and the right to collective bargaining.
  • Monitoring our operations, practices, and procedures to ensure we comply with this policy and Archer’s values.
